A copy of the Constitution of the Russian Federation can start to give the citizens of Russia together with the first passport. The corresponding order of the President of Russia Vladimir Putin published on Friday on the Kremlin website.
"the Government of the Russian Federation to consider the presentation of the publication of the Constitution in the current edition simultaneously with the passport of the citizen of the Russian Federation citizens who have reached 14 years of age, and persons who acquired citizenship of the Russian Federation", – reads the list of instructions following the meeting of the head of state on 3 July with the working group on preparation of amendments to the basic law.
A report on this issue to the President of the Russian Federation expects up to 1 October.
