In December, a kindergarten with a total area of 863.5 square meters on the ground floor of a residential building near the Krasnoselskaya metro station will be put up for auction. The object is sold together with the property located in it. This was announced by the Minister of the Government of Moscow, the head of the metropolitan Department of City Property Maxim Gaman.
In accordance with the requirement of the law on privatization, non-residential premises are burdened with the buyer’s obligation to preserve its purpose as a kindergarten within the first three months from the date of registration of ownership. After this period, the buyer has the right to change the appointment.
The house in which the object is located, built in 2013. It is located in a densely populated area near the intersection of the Third Transport Ring with Krasnoprudnaya Street, and nearby is the Krasnoselskaya metro station.
