As the press service of the Department of health of Moscow, chief physician of the City clinical Botkin hospital Alexei Shabunin has confirmed that he has a new type of coronavirus. In this case, the physician continues to work in isolation.
According to Shabunina, he passed the tests for infection COVID-19 when the first symptoms of indisposition.
“After receiving a positive test result for coronavirus I have isolated themselves in his office and continue to work… in compliance with all anti-epidemic measures,” – said the head physician, whose words are quoted by the press service of the Moscow Department of health.
Shabunin also added that currently the Botkin hospital fully performs its tasks in the provision of medical care, as emergency and care of oncological, hematological and covenin patients.
