MOSCOW, June 23. /TASS/. , the Central election Commission (CEC) of Russia on Sunday finished the reception of applications from citizens wishing to vote on the law on the amendment of the Constitution at the location in the framework of “Mobile voters”. Only 5 to June 21 accepted over 3.7 million applications, announced by the CEC Chairman, Ella Pamfilova at the meeting of the Commission Tuesday.
“on 21 June was the last day for receipt of applications about voting at the location. On the basis of lists of members voting at the location of the included 3 767 293 people,” — said Pamfilova, adding that the citizens who filed requests to vote at the location, are automatically excluded from the list of participants voting at the place of registration.
the head of the CEC reminded that on June 21 ended accepting applications from residents of Moscow and Nizhny Novgorod region to participate in remote electronic voting. Only from 5 June, the CEC adopted 1 215 926 such statements.
Pamfilova reported that the ballot for a nationwide vote on amendments to the Constitution made in all subjects of the Federation, just printed more 108.5 million ballots.
According to Pamfilova, about 2 thousand Russian citizens abroad voted early for amendments to the Constitution.
“Early abroad voted about 2 thousand people. Yes, now this situation, now there is no mobility, people are on vacation almost does not go, the planes do not fly yet, but a lot of our citizens abroad for various reasons, and we paid it due attention,” — said Pamfilova.
She added that, according to the foreign Ministry of Russia abroad is formed 254 polling stations in 144 countries.

Pamfilova also said that more than 67 thousand citizens of the Russian Federation, in remote locations, have already voted on the question of amending the Constitution.
She recalled that from June 10 in 38 regions of the Russian Federation “on specific areas in distant locations for groups of voters living in these areas, as well as for ship stations is carried out early voting”.
