Minister of Moscow government, head of the control and management of the capital Yevgeny Danchikov said that since may 12, the city will be fined for the lack of masks, and for appearing in public without gloves. It is reported by RIA Novosti.
“we Have a law partially disengaged, respectively, if the man in the mask, but no gloves, or Vice versa, then the penalty still will be,” explained Danchikov.
He noted that the need to wear masks and gloves due to health requirements and ensure the safety of people.
Danchikov recalled that infection with the novel coronavirus can be airborne and in contact with the contaminated surfaces.
He said that the fine for appearing without means of protection in the shop or in the workplace will amount to four thousand roubles in a taxi or public transport – five thousand.
Checks of observance of masked modes of transport will deal with the controllers.
