the Government expanded the list of persons that can move across the state border. The corresponding decree was signed by Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin, placed on the official Internet portal of legal information.
on 30 March the Government temporarily restricted the movement of all terrestrial points of passage across the state border. The decision was due to the opposition of spreading COVID-19 in Russia.
According to the order, these restrictions are removed with military personnel, civilian personnel, employees of the competent authorities of the Russian Federation military bases and military units stationed outside of Russia, members of their families, those who ensure the functioning of these parts exiting the Russian Federation, subject to the presentation of identity documents and travel or vacation certificates.
the state Border will be able to cross the Russian citizens-employees of organizations engaged in overseas construction of critical energy infrastructures in accordance with international agreements of the Russian Federation in the field of nuclear energy, members of crews of marine vessels in the ports of other countries, of citizens, serving the cross-border infrastructure.
