political Scientist Alexander Panteleev has estimated imprudent remarks of the now former employee of the Center for youth initiatives in the city of Engels of the Saratov region of Lydia Bukowczyk about “whining” mothers. The expert said in an interview with the newspaper Kommersant that such words official has shown a lack of professionalism.
According to Panteleyev, the decision to dismiss Bukowczyk after its review on state assistance to families with children reflects the desire of local authorities to raise the level of self-confidence, and also show that they stop this attitude. The political scientist believes that such situations could have been avoided, if the work took only professionals.
Earlier, Bukowczyk published in social networks comment under the pseudonym “Lydia Prozorov”. A senior clerk argued with other users on the topic of payments for children, which offered Vladimir Putin during the crisis due to the coronavirus.
