A dog owner is said to have set his dog on a man in Bad Schmiedeberg (Wittenberg district). According to the man, the unknown perpetrator spoke to the 37-year-old on Monday evening for no reason, as the police announced on Tuesday.
As the incident progressed, the dog owner removed the leash from his boxer. The animal is said to have tried to bite the 37-year-old. The dog owner also hit the man with the leash and then rode away on his bike. The man suffered scratch injuries but refused medical attention.
