the Governor of Petersburg Alexander Beglov visited the pavilions of the exhibition center “Lenexpo”, where he organized a temporary hospital for patients with a mild form of coronavirus infection. Earlier, city officials received from the citizens a number of applications concerning conditions of detention in the hospital.
As the press-service of administration of Petersburg, during a visit Beglov spoke with individuals who had left treatment.
– the Algorithm of medical support different from the usual in the hospital, many feel lost. Someone is missing the attention of doctors. To adjust, tune to the new conditions, all need time, – quotes the press service of the Smolny, the Governor regarding the conditions at “Lenexpo”.
Recall, the pavilion is a large exhibition center with an area 14839 square meters converted into a field hospital, only the area of the “red zone” here is 635 square meters.
At the end of the visit, the head of the city ordered to increase the financing of the hospital in “Lenexpo”, in particular, to purchase more hygiene and water, as well as to provide additional carriages. In addition, it was agreed that tests of the patients from this hospital will be transferred to the laboratory of Institute of epidemiology and Microbiology named after Pasteur, that will speed up the testing.
By the way, checking in “Lenexpo” came and the staff of city Prosecutor’s office. As the head of Department for supervision over execution of Federal legislation of the Prosecutor’s office of St. Petersburg albert Suyargulov, checked the conditions of detention of patients, quality of treatment, nutrition, adherence to sanitary norms. No violations were found.
