TV Presenter and blogger Ksenia Sobchak commented on the statement by the head of the Chechen Republic Ramzan Kadyrov about the fact that Vladimir Putin is necessary for life to secure the post of President of Russia. On this occasion she wrote in her telegram-channel “Bloody lady”.
She posted a video meeting with Kadyrov in which the head of the Republic said that today in Russia “there is no such political leader on a global scale”, able to replace Putin as head of state. According to Sobchak, after such loud statements of the Chechen leader of the Russians “obliged” to vote for amendments to the Constitution.
“Well, try not to go to vote after that!”, – wrote Sobchak.
Also, the presenter jokingly compared the format of the meeting of the Chechen authorities with the Calvary on the TV show “House-2”.
Commenting on the idea Kadyrov, the press Secretary of the President Dmitry Peskov diplomatically reminded him that the Constitution of the Russian Federation do not provide the position of “President for life”.
