According to the decree, from March 16 to September 30, such products can be imported without paying customs duties provided that it is intended for donation to medical institutions. In this case the purpose of the goods shall be confirmed by a special document, the authority to issue it is now endorsed not only by authorized state authorities of the regions and Ministry of industry and trade and the Ministry of health.
