The 33-year-old has now commented on the incident via Twitter. “I made a promise when I was a moderator. This shouldn’t happen in live situations, but unfortunately it is. People make mistakes,” she begins her tweet. At the same time, she makes it clear: “There followed a disproportionate wave of malice and, above all, sexism. I wonder what goes on in minds that participate.”
