One—time incentive cash payments were established in the capital to participants of educational programs of children’s technoparks and the Resource Center for Professional Navigation and Competence Development – winners of international and All-Russian championships and competitions, as well as mentors who trained them. 35 million rubles have been allocated from the city budget for these purposes. The corresponding resolution was signed by Sergei Sobyanin.

In the 2021/2022 academic year, 256 participants of children’s technoparks and the Resource Center for Professional Navigation and Competence Development — students of Moscow schools, colleges and universities, among them:

— 98 people became winners and prize-winners of international and All-Russian championships and championships in the areas of the national technological initiative. winners and prize—winners of the national robotics championship Russia Robotics Championship;

— five people — winners of the international championship for radio—controlled cars on hydrogen fuel cell Horizon Hydrogen Grand Prix 2021;

– four people – winners of the international competition of projects on neurotechnology and artificial intelligence Neurotech Cup;

— 63 people — winners of the federal program on technological entrepreneurship “Technoliders of the future”.

The amount of lump—sum payments will be:

— winners and prize—winners of international championships (over 14 years old) — 500 thousand and 400 thousand rubles, respectively;

– winners and prize-winners of All-Russian championships (over 14 years old) – 300 thousand and 200 thousand rubles, respectively;

— mentors of the winners and prize—winners of the championships – 200 thousand and 100 thousand rubles, respectively.

Encouraging participants of children’s technology parks and the Resource Center for Professional Navigation and Competence Development — winners of international and All-Russian championships and competitions will be another measure to develop a system for identifying and supporting gifted children in Moscow.
