According to Sergei Sobyanin, Moscow has always been the center of various spheres of life, so it’s a special responsibility, and Muscovites are always together, overcome difficulties.
“Moscow for centuries is the center of political, economic, social, scientific, cultural and spiritual life of Russia. In difficult times our city, as befits the capital, feels a special responsibility for themselves and for the country.
