As he wrote the Rambler, March 25, President Vladimir Putin made an appeal to the citizens of the country in connection with the coronavirus and announced the postponement of the vote on the amendments to the Constitution of Russia for an indefinite period.
According to Peskov, it is too early speaks about a new date for a vote.
“You know that time is transferred, there is nothing to discuss. And new terms will be defined as the development of the situation. Of course, some estimations exist, but now to talk about them as something that is decided it is hardly possible”, – said the representative of the Kremlin.
He also noted that before taking the decision, “to perform epidemiological situation”.
