Sakhalin oblast moved to the third stage of the removal of restrictions. From may 26 on Sakhalin and the Kuril Islands will open restaurants, cafes and canteens. The corresponding decree was signed by the Governor of the region Valery Limarenko.

“the enterprises are not allowed to smoke hookah, hold public events (banquets and receptions) and also organize buffets”, — stated in the message.
Food service establishments will be able to work from 7:00 to 21:00, in the premises, you must install partitions or to place tables at the distance of half a meter from each other.
“at the same table should be no more than 2 people. The room will be able to gather no more than 50 people. Mass outdoor activities can be carried out without any restrictions”, — told in the regional government.
Earlier the head of Rospotrebnadzor Anna Popova said that the number of Russian regions have already achieved some of the targets set for the third phase of the lifting of restrictions due to the coronavirus.
