the Certificate allows nomadic herders to national housing “turnkey” — it can be exchanged for the entire set of materials needed for the construction of plague. The kit includes between 25 and 40 tall posts, about 40-60 deer hides, and special windproof cover and small stoves.
As a rule, the erection of tents take years — usually parents begin to build them for even small children to those, as adults, can safely move in ready home with newly established young family. The average cost of quality plague reaches 700-800 thousand rubles.
According to “Rossiyskaya Gazeta”, at present on the Yamal Peninsula are nomadic lives about 20 thousand people.
