“My colleagues conclude that now the main type of fraud taking place under the guise of the virus,” – said Vlasov in an interview with RT.
According to experts, criminals have adapted to the new situation and use it for personal gain, playing on people’s fears. For example, they call the victims and report that they “reimbursed,” or offer some kind of miraculous cure. Also to unsuspecting people can be “volunteers” and offer to go to them for food, of course, for a fee. Also the scammers offer “quickly and easily” to issue a digital pass to get around the city.
the Expert noted that with these people you cannot engage in dialogue because they have special techniques of suggestion and “will definitely throw on something.”
“If you called and offered to do it for money, you get free, immediately throw up,” – said Vlasov.
