In the Central and North-West of the European part of Russia the temperature until the end of June will be about normal. For example, the average temperature in Moscow and Saint-Petersburg will be +16 degrees.
In the Ural and Volga Federal districts the average temperature will be below normal to four degrees to +12…+16 degrees. In the Asian part of Russia the norm is exceeded by four to eight degrees in most parts of Siberia the daily average temperature will be 20 degrees.
The day before yesterday, as reported by “the Rambler”, the scientific Director of the hydrometeorological center of Russia Roman Vilfand said that before the end of the week the temperature in Moscow will exceed the rate of four to five degrees and will be +25…+30 degrees.
In may Vilfand said that the summer of 2020 in Russia will be hot, but not uniform, the temperature will be above normal, every day, between regions is a very significant difference.
