The meeting focused on the issues of breach of parliamentary ethics. Parliamentarians were discussing unethical behavior of members of the regional Duma Dmitry Chernyshevsky and Nikolai Bondarenko.
Clarifies that Chernyshevsky was obscenely expressed at the meeting of the working group of the Committee on culture. Bondarenko, in turn, insulted colleagues at the meeting of the budget Committee. However, the deputies did not have time to get to the discussion threads. Between them scuffle ensued.
The conflict began due to the fact that both deputies were forbidden to speak at the next meeting of the Saratov regional Duma. Bondarenko was shooting the events on video that is not like other parliamentarians. Deputy Dmitry Petrov tried to interrupt the recording. His colleague Anatoly Timashuk threw in Bondarenko a bottle of water and shouted: “Get out of here.”
Bondarenko took the bottle, opened it and went in the direction of Chipasula. It just stopped the rest of the parliamentarians. However, Bondarenko poured water Petrov and Chernyshevsky. In the end, the meeting was adjourned.
