Zakharova recalled that earlier the Ukrainian foreign Ministry has issued a statement where he expressed strong protest in connection with the holding without the consent of Kiev in the parade in the Crimea on the occasion of the 75th anniversary of the victory over fascism.
"I would Like to once again remind that the Crimea is an integral part of the Russian Federation and the conduct of any activities on site are resolved and will be resolved exclusively by the Russian authorities. The question of state ownership of the Crimea was finally closed by the Crimeans in a referendum in 2014, and is not negotiable", – said Zakharov. "And as for the original protest note the foreign Ministry of Ukraine, then to us while the original was not received. He, like the previous similar notes will be returned to the Ukrainian side immediately upon receipt. Once again I would like to recommend Kiev to save on paper," she said.
"What heroes to celebrate, how to celebrate our holidays, we will determine for yourself, without your tips", – said Zakharov.
The official representative of the Russian foreign Ministry pointed out that complaints about parades in Donetsk and Lugansk, also referred to in a statement the foreign Ministry of Ukraine, "pointless".
"let me Remind those who do not know: Russia has no control over these Ukrainian regions. As far as we know, the authorities proclaimed republics notify the Special monitoring mission of the OSCE in Ukraine on upcoming events and the movements of military equipment. It is strange that the Ministry of foreign Affairs of Ukraine do not know about", – concluded the diplomat.
Earlier it became known that Kiev has sent Moscow a note of protest because of the parades in the Crimea and the republics of Donbass, which took place on June 24. In addition, in connection with parades in the Crimea and the Donbass, Kiev accused Moscow in the course on "further escalation in bilateral relations, in gross violation" of the Minsk agreements, as well as in "the policy of militarization of the Crimea, which poses a serious threat to European security".
