Russia plans to be a party to the Treaty on open skies, said on 22 may, Deputy foreign Minister Alexander Grushko.
“until the Treaty (open skies) remains in force, we intend to comply fully with all the rights and obligations,” Grushko told RIA Novosti.
He added that all other countries will act the same way “approach to the duties of the parties to this agreement in good faith.”
