MOSCOW, may 25 — RIA Novosti. Deputies from LDPR in the state Duma introduced a bill which proposes to charge a premium pension before: not since the 80s, as now, but with 75, said press service one of the authors of the initiative, the head of the parliamentary Committee on labour and social policy Yaroslav Nilov.
sponsors of the bill were also made by Deputy speaker of the state Duma Igor Lebedev, deputies Boris Paikin and Dmitry Svishchev, and Senator Sergey Leonov.
According to the law “About insurance pensions” under the age of 80 years is set to increase in the amount of 100% of fixed payments to insurance pensions for old age, due to the need of this category of citizens in the constant care.
“the Bill proposes to amend the law, according to which the right to establish the increase in the amount of 100% of fixed payments to insurance pensions for old age, persons age 75 years”, — stated in the explanatory note.
the authors of the bill note that the world health organization classifies individuals aged 75 years old to elderly persons. This classification relies on the features of the human body, its anatomical and physiological characteristics. The same classification of citizens according to age and adhere to gerontologists, indicate the parliamentarians.
“Almost all persons over 75 years of age, have a chronic disease. In many countries, citizens over 75 years, provides a variety of surcharges and measures of social support.
the bill will enable a more decent standard of living to persons aged 75 years”, — stated in the explanatory note.
the Entry into force of this Federal act is 1 January 2021.
