The head of the Federation Council Committee on international Affairs Konstantin Kosachev has expressed opinion that the Russian-Belarusian relationship is like a family quarrel, in which Moscow takes a more Mature stance.
“If in a family quarrel one of the parties begins to break stuff, to break stuff in response is the worst response. Just for the amusement of the neighbors. Russia is not breaking dishes in our family quarrel. And thank God,” Kosachev wrote on his page in Facebook.
The Senator noted that the days after the election is not far off.
“And they will come”, – said the head of the international Committee of the Federation Council.
We will remind, on Tuesday, Lukashenko during his address to the nation and Parliament has said that Moscow will always be a close ally of Minsk. However, he noted that Russia should not have changed the “brotherly relations” with Belarus on “partnership”.
Presidential elections will be held in Belarus on 9 August, candidates was five.
