Until now, the building is examined more carefully — studied all building structures and engineering systems experienced load-bearing structures, identify all defects. The new procedure applies to residential buildings up to five floors: if in the basic types of building structures find obvious signs of accidents, a more thorough examination of the house is not required.

With the introduction of the simplified order procedure inspection of the houses will be approximately seven times cheaper, it will be possible in a shorter period of time, experts say. An updated set of rules will apply to homes that have not declared hazardous and are not subject to resettlement.
In April, it became known that residents of small cities of Russia will allow to build individual houses on the place settled emergency. This opportunity will receive persons residing in inhabited localities with population up to 30 thousand people. The relevant draft law was posted on the Federal portal of projects of normative legal acts.
