To protect themselves from overheating must observe the ten rules listed in the memo circulated by CPS.

3. Street clothes should be easy. Natural fabrics, bright colors, and loose fitting is preferable. A hat or umbrella will help to save from overheating the head.
4. Should give up fatty foods, and meat meals to replace fish – in the summer the body needs fewer calories,so this diet is more than justified. Pay special attention to perishable products – at elevated temperature storage, and use requires special care.
5. Drink more! Recommended tea, mineral water, various kinds of juice, low-fat dairy beverages, broths from dried fruits, vitamin-fortified beverages. A day body to get to one and a half liters of fluid. But from sweet soda, energy drinks and alcohol in the heat is better to abstain.
6. To support the immune system help vegetables and fruits. The only condition is that before eating must be washed thoroughly.
7. A cool shower will help freshen up throughout the day.
8. The day should plan to travel by public transport or by car in the morning or evening when the temperature is not so high.
9. Pay attention to the temperature in the premises of the store or other public place. If it is elevated, stay gatherings can be especially dangerous.
10. For bathing, use only specially equipped places, to follow all safety rules on the water.
