Recently, a group of deputies of the state Duma proposed to release staff from Regardie need to introduce yourself, and in the suppression of crimes and prosecution of a criminal or offender.
Yesterday the state Duma Committee for security and combating corruption recommended the parliamentarians to support the bill on second reading. It will take place today.
The draft of the same law implies that resguardar will be required to report the reason and the purpose of the appeal to the citizen and to explain the reasons and grounds for the application to him of the measures limiting its rights and freedoms.
