Israeli public organization of Shakh-Dag proposed to build rehabilitation centres of African refugees in the Russian North Caucasus republics, including Chechnya. About it reports “Grozny-inform”.

In Israel believe that their number is too large for a country with a population of 7.5 million people. In addition, the Africans thus have an impact on the demographic situation, creating a threat to the Jewish state.
The representative of the Shah-Dag Baruch Leviev proposed to solve the problem of the creation of detention centers for refugees in the republics of the North Caucasus before sending them home. The Israeli side asked to the leaders of the five subjects with this proposal, that takes care of all costs.
Last year, Israelis were advised not to plan trips to Chechnya because of the activities of terrorist organizations. The citizens of Israel, who were already in the country, offered to immediately leave the territory.
