FC Bayern and Liverpool FC have not yet been able to agree on a transfer fee for Sadio Mané. The British, however, need a certain sum in order to be able to realize a desired transfer.

Liverpool needs Mané proceeds: According to a report by the Telegraph, Liverpool FC assumes that FC Bayern will meet the Reds’ transfer fee of the equivalent of 46.7 million euros for Sadio Mané (30). The English side need this sum to be able to buy Benfica forward Darwin Núñez (22).

Short, compact, clear

Núñez as an expensive Mané replacement: Liverpool expect to be able to secure the services of the Uruguay international for a transfer fee of around 70 million euros plus success-related bonus payments of 17.5 to 23.3 million euros. The striker and the club should already agree. Including all variables, Núñez could replace Virgil van Dijk as the most expensive Liverpool transfer (87.5 million euros).

Previous Bayern offers rejected: Liverpool had rejected FC Bayern’s previous offers for Mané, and those responsible are said to have viewed an offer of 35 million euros including bonuses as “ridiculous”.
