Peskov said that the Kremlin in connection with this transaction are considered valid.

Prior to the meeting, Saudi Arabia said it was ready to cut oil production up to 4 million barrels per day since April, reaching its maximum for the production of black gold.
In Russia, however, agreed with the reduction of production at 1.6 million barrels per day from the level of the first quarter of 2020.
the Final agreement involves a three-step reduction to get the black gold until the end of April 2022. At each step of the member countries of the OPEC format+ agreed to cut production by 400, 320 and 240 thousand barrels per day, respectively.
