Young doctors should be encouraged for work with patients with the coronavirus, the government needs to develop proposals, said the President of Russia Vladimir Putin.
"In the period of epidemic shoulder to shoulder with their older colleagues employed more than 15 thousand students, residents, and graduate students. They got a real baptism of fire and a test of loyalty to their future profession. I consider it necessary to encourage these young people, your colleagues, and ask the government to propose specific mechanisms, including benefits and preferences for further study in the specialty", – Putin said at a meeting with medical workers.
