MOSCOW, may 21. /TASS/. the President of Russia Vladimir Putin has signed the decree about rewarding of Russian defense Minister Sergei Shoigu, on Thursday marking the 65th anniversary, with the order “For merits before Fatherland” I degree with swords. Sergei Shoigu was born on 21 may 1955 in Chadan Tuva ASSR (now Republic of Tyva). In 1977 he graduated from Krasnoyarsk Polytechnic Institute with specialty “engineer-Builder”.
