Russian President Vladimir Putin is going to come to a vote on the amendments to the Constitution personally, and not to participate using the electronic format, said press-Secretary of the Kremlin, Dmitry Peskov.
“He may vote in one of the seven days, but for now he plans to take part in the voting”, — said Peskov told reporters. He said that we are talking about personal involvement. “While plans to personally,” added the press Secretary.
Earlier, the Secretary of security Council Nikolai Patrushev said that in anticipation of the vote on the Constitution and the unified voting day on 13 September the Western countries intend to “provoke nationalist and separatist sentiments” in the Russian regions through the non-profit organization. the vote on the amendments to the Constitution will be held on 1 July, this day will be the weekends. Residents of Moscow and Nizhny Novgorod region will be able to vote electronically. Online voting will be held for six days, from 25 to 30 June.
