For them should be extended by six months the period of payment of insurance contributions to state extra-budgetary funds, taxes and advance payments of taxes, except VAT. They also rely lease incentives in the manner prescribed for small and medium businesses, and postponement, reporting and auditing (it will be valid for the entire period of restrictive measures).
Government with the participation of the Central Bank shall develop a program providing subsidized preferential loans to socially oriented NGOs for the payment of the salaries of employees on similar terms as provided to support small and medium-sized businesses.
Vladimir Putin instructed to study the question of the definition of additional bases and criteria for the provision of the above support measures other socially oriented NGOs, including in case of reduction by more than 30 percent of the money they receive for their statutory activities. Spaceplace will be established in the amount of not less than one monthly minimum wage, taking into account the number of people taken to temporary or support accommodation. The deadline is may 25.
By may 20, the government will have to introduce amendments providing for the allocation of the costs of legal persons – philanthropists ‘ donations to socially oriented NCOs spelled out in these instructions.
