According to him, the economic life of Russia should not stop.
Mishustin has noticed that heads of regions has received the authority to decide what kind of operation mode of enterprises to enter in their territories.
By order of Vladimir Putin, all restrictions imposed earlier shall be valid until the end of April. The President also extended hours a week through April 30 with pay. The President of the Russian Federation noted that if the situation in the country improves, that days off may be reduced.
