the President signed a decree recognizing valid passports and driving licences, the validity of which expires before July 15. Measures are taken to prevent the spread of coronavirus.
Passport and national driver’s license, the validity of which has expired or will expire in the period from 1 February to 15 July, inclusive, are valid.
Those who have turned 14 but not yet received passports from 1 February to 15 July, will be able to use a birth certificate or passport as ID.
