Russian President Vladimir Putin in a videoconference mode has opened two new specialized medical center to help people with coronavirus infection.
Hospital for 500 places in the settlement Voronovskoe in Moscow will begin accepting patients on April 20 and the multifunctional medical center of the Ministry of defence for 60 places in Nizhny Novgorod is ready to join the work already on April 17.
Both created from scratch in the shortest possible time, a few weeks, and for that, the President thanked the builders and the military. The teams also formed, he said.
“Moscow was the first who faced the onslaught of the epidemic and, based on its financial strength, great capacity of building complex, rapidly increasing the capabilities of the health system” – praised the work of the city authorities, the head of state.
