The President of Russia Vladimir Putin advised the heads of Russian regions to pass "potholes", to understand the situation with the roads. He said this during a meeting broadcast which led channel "Russia 24".
The President demanded that the road repairs in the regions affected by floods have occurred at an accelerated rate.
"People are forced to drive around the potholes. Themselves ride on such roads, then you will understand that you need to act quickly," Putin said.
