the ceremony was attended by the leaders of Abkhazia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Serbia, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, South Ossetia, as well as a member of the presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina of Serb Milorad Dodik.
