Russia’s President Vladimir Putin encouraged the governors not to freeze construction projects, and to find flexible solutions in terms of the spread of coronavirus infection.
"I Appeal to the leaders of the regions: at carrying out of preventive activities it is necessary to take into account the specifics of the construction industry, the need for continuous operation, especially in key vital objects", – said the head of state at a meeting on the development of the construction industry.
"Please apply here with flexible solutions that find a balance – and it is possible, as experts say, it only needs to comply strictly with all requirements of occupational safety, protection of health of workers, and thus can not slow down the construction, not to freeze objects", – said the head of state to heads of regions.
