Russian President Vladimir Putin held a meeting on the sanitary-epidemiological situation in the country. The event took place via videoconference, was attended by Vice-Prime Minister Tatiana Golikova and Moscow mayor Sergei Sobyanin, RIA “Novosti”.

3. He noted that the actions of officials working in the health sector should be coordinated. “The entire health care system must work as a single mechanism. In this regard, I again draw attention to the need for clear communication, both between Federal agencies and between regions, in coherence, I want to draw the attention of the institutions of the Ministry of healthcare, FMBA, other medical organizations and private clinics. The necessary powers to coordinate all this work the government has”, – said the President.

Head of state acknowledged the fact that all of the regions medical resources are not enough, and therefore will have to “patch holes” where it is needed first of all. “Now should make effective use of all our resources. Again, you need to consider all the details and options to efficiently distribute the load on hospitals and wedgeICA, provide the opportunity for maneuver with regard to the situation in specific territories.
