In his opinion, Kiev has no chances to return to the Crimea, and the ex-President should not talk about the presence of "a unique chance".
The Senator stressed that no coronavirus pandemic, nor oil prices will have no impact on this issue.
"In 1991, history has given Ukraine a unique chance to keep the Crimea in its composition. She didn’t take it. And in 2014 lost the Crimea. Forever", – concluded the gun.
