Verkhovna Rada Deputy Andriy Derkach has published an audio recording in which, allegedly, former Vice-President USA Joe Biden was offered the ex-President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko billion dollars for the resignation of Prosecutor General Viktor Shokin, to investigate the illegal activities of the oil and gas company Burisma, where he worked for Biden’s son.
