MOSCOW, 19 Jul — RIA Novosti. More than 80% of Russians would like to have a father’s capital for the third child, according to a survey by VTSIOM.
According to the study, 83% of citizens in varying degrees believe that the introduction of his father’s capital will strengthen the family, of which 42% strongly agree with this, 10% hold the opposite opinion, 7% were undecided.
