According to Poklonski, such statements slow down the normalization of Russian-Ukrainian relations, for which we should abandon the "podlivaya oil to the already blazing fire".
Previously a member of the Federation Council Vladimir Jabbarov said that Ukraine is "deeply divided", which can lead to the separation of Odessa, Kherson, Nikolaev and Zaporozhye. In his opinion, this part of the state will follow the Donbass.
