He noted that currently local authorities have extended powers to combat the threat of the spread of coronavirus. According to Peskov, after the elimination of consequences of a pandemic COVID-19 regions will not need additional powers.

Earlier the President of Russia Vladimir Putin said that life in Russia after the pandemic coronavirus must be adjusted. He noted that it is necessary to make it happen as soon as possible. In addition, Putin instructed to prepare a plan of an exit of Russians from the regime of self-isolation.
