According to the Patriarch, “people of faith” should have their own opinion on what is happening. And to understand that the spread of the dreaded disease in the world is the allowance of God.
It happened at the peak of human power – knowledge, built on their technology, quite different from all the previous times. These incredible achievements of the human mind led many to the realization (or should I say misled, said the Patriarch) the full power of man in this world.
Is the disease of human pride began a long time ago. And gradually began to acquire not only personal human ailments, but began to hit society, and whole civilizations, – said the Patriarch. People began to occupy in the life of society the Central place was occupied by God.

But the mysterious and not very scheduled person, the virus, which lacks a comprehensive understanding of even the best professionals unexpectedly shattered the myth of the full power of the man and his Central place in all of civilization.
– If this situation is marked by human weakness and inability to fight, is this a sign from above, that we are thinking about our life, – the Patriarch said in a sermon, and realized that everything that humans use to justify his authority and performed gordosti behavior, suddenly can be destroyed by the power of God.
And then the test leads to the possibility to think about the interaction to oust evil from a variety of human relations.
Thinkers, philosophers, politicians, but first and foremost, we believe people need more and more time to review our attitude to ourselves, to man and its role in the global history, – the Patriarch said – and to understand that all of us need the Lord.
