landscaping Park of Northern river station is 80% complete and will be completed in time for September 1. This was reported by Deputy Moscow mayor for housing, utilities and amenities Pyotr Biryukov, after inspecting the progress of work.
Biryukov recalled that the Park maximum return to its historical appearance after completion of the work, it will be a comfortable place for city residents of all ages, including children. Currently completed the work on reconstruction of engineering networks and communications. And to preserve the historic appearance of the Park and alleys of communication, it was laid at great depths. All were laid nearly 8 kilometers of water supply networks and Sewerage, 3.2 kilometres livning drains, 10 kilometres of power lines with 6 substations, reconstruction of the siphon and gas pipeline network.
Completed the reconstruction of two historic fountains and the construction of a new, restored fence, five pavilions of the mooring parts, decorative elements of garden architecture.
– Planned arrangement of 19 km road and path network, installation of 26 pavilions, more than 800 energy-efficient modern lighting poles and more than 200 CCTV cameras, the Park will have a gallery with a café, kiosks, stalls and a restaurant, relaxation area with three heated pools, – said Pyotr Biryukov.
the Deputy mayor noted that in the updated Park of Northern river station will be planted 7 thousand trees, more than 3 thousand shrubs, more than 5 thousand square meters of bright flower gardens and 22 acres of lawn.
Recall that the total area of the Park is 49 hectares.
