The World Cup will take place between June 15th and July 13th in the United States. So, this Saturday marks exactly one year until the competition’s debut.

There will be eight groups of four teams each playing in a single round. The top two teams from each group will advance to the knockout stage, and all subsequent rounds will be single-elimination matches. There will be no third-place match.
