“Moskomekspertiza reports on the harmonization of project documentation for the object “Capital repair of the facade of the building GBUK of Moscow “Palace of culture “Kapotnya” at the address: Kapotnya, 2 Kvartal, d. 20A, Kapotnya, southeastern administrative district of Moscow”, – stated in the message.
According to the head of Mosgosekspertizy Anna Yakovleva, the Palace of culture is for residents of the district a true multifunctional centre, which hosts exhibitions, performances, dance and music concerts, as well as are various creative studios. The building where is located the Palace of culture was built in 1972 on an individual project, recently, the experts reviewed the project and issued a positive opinion for the repair of a facade.
The press service noted that the design solutions provided by clearing and staining on the prepared surface of the exterior walls and their cladding composite panels composed of certified facade system with ventilated air gap. Including be repaired granite slabs basement of the building at the site of injury and replace the volumetric signboards on the same side as the main facade.
Added that also agreed to replace the input groups, warehouse, plastering and painting of the concrete walls of the descent to the basement, updating the flooring of the steps and landings of the input group of the Eastern façade a new, anti-slip, and the replacement of the metal fence entrance on the same and replace Windows, doors.
